From Behind the Curtain: Captain Ron and the UFO Revolution
He’s not just a researcher—he’s a builder of platforms. In 2021, Ron co-founded The Observation Deck, a virtual space for UFO enthusiasts, speakers, and truth-seekers to gather and exchange ideas. Then, in 2023, he took it a step further by acquiring Contact In The Desert, the world’s largest UFO conference, alongside Gordon Pekrul.
We dive into Ron’s journey, the state of UFO disclosure, and the future of community-led events in the age of increasing transparency.
If you’re ready to pull back the curtain on the people shaping the modern UFO narrative—this is the episode you’ve been waiting for.

Speaker 1: Glad labit on all the many.
Speaker 2: I occasionally think how quickly our difference is worldwide would vanish if we were facing an alien threat from outside this work. And yet I ask you, it's not an alien force already among us.
Speaker 3: We must guard against the acquisition of unwanted influence, whether sought or unsought by the military industrial combat. The potential or the disastrous rise or misplaced power exists and will persist.
Speaker 1: Now I am become back.
Speaker 2: Drier World association with Project Group. They definitely withheld information.
Speaker 1: I have a look on I'm going against mishall be twere.
Speaker 4: We're a firm test when you're about to gain the truth, the whole truth and the truth.
Speaker 1: So help you guy. Do you believe that our government is in possessions?
Speaker 3: Are new agents?
Speaker 1: Absolutely?
Speaker 4: All right, everybody, welcome back to Total Disclosure. I am your host, ty, and I know the part of my appearance. We're just moving into the new house. As I said in the update for the podcast, uh, the next couple episodes are going to be probably audio only, and then the video will go out to members and clipped on YouTube tonight. I'm super excited. I've been waiting for this episode for definitely over a month month now. I was invited after applying to go to Contact in the Desert, world's largest UFO conference.
Speaker 4: Over sixty amazing speakers, the top personalities, the top researchers, the top scientists, the top of everybody in their field goes to this conference, does intensive workshops, lectures, so much more. I can't wait to do like a SkyWatch with Chris Bledsoe in person and tonight we have the creator of all of it. And going back to what it was held at Joshua Tree outside it is Captain Ron, Captain Ron, how are you doing? Man? It's so good to be here with you.
Speaker 1: Amen. I appreciate that. Listen, I'm not the creator of this at all. This was created by two other people, ye twelve years ago. So we just took over. This is our third year. Yes, yes, over, just so you know, we just it you know.
Speaker 4: So what it meant is, you know, because so obviously they were the first to guys. You took it over. You kind of made it into what it is now, which is the world's you know, largest it's it's it's become something I think a little bit more, and I really like how it's evolved throughout the years from something that was you know kind of put together hold outside you know, near Joshua Tree, and to see how far it's come in, to see how influential it's become upon this you know community itself, it's just truly amazing.
Speaker 4: So when I say creator, maybe I should meet the upkeeper or the the the cheaper contact of the desert.
Speaker 1: Yeah, we look at ourselves as stewards of this event, you know, the great job creating this and building this and again we've taken it over now this will be our third year doing it ourselves, and we're really excited about it. Yeah. We we just want to make it bigger and better. And you know it's it's very mission driven for us. All of us involved this are very into this topic. We we genuinely care about these issues. We really want to uh make this the best it can be. It's not a money driven thing at all.
Speaker 1: In fact, we're a nonprofit, you know, we do that. We put all the money right back into the event. This is about, you know, a passion that all of us kind of share that are on this team.
Speaker 4: So for those who have you know, never been and that that doesn't technically include myself. What makes contact in the Desert different from you know, say every or you know other other cons UFO or paranormal events in the world.
Speaker 1: Are a lot of these events around the country, and and you know, they all sort of have their own little lane. That's the way I look at it, you know, contact in the Desert. We we it's always been this way, but we've moved it even more in this direction that we try to take a serious look at this. We look at this as an academic scientific conference. We take the time to excuse me, and we take the subject very seriously. Not that this is not the most fun you've ever had. I can't wait for you to see this, but it's a serious topic that we believe in, and we take a serious herd approach to it and see, you know, we want to find out what the truth is, and we kind of let things unfold on their own.
Speaker 1: When speakers ask what should I talk about, we always say, what's the latest, greatest thing you're working on, what's the newest information you have. It's that sort of a thing. We kind of want it to be a little bit organic, if you will. We kind of steer the ship a little bit. We kind of have a theme each year. You know, you last year was artificial intelligence, and the year before was artificial intelligence. Last year was conscious connection. Yes, that's consciousness, and then this year it's Event Horizon.
Speaker 1: We're talking more about you know, being on the cusp of things and telepathy tapes is the hottest thing in the world right now, and so we're really exploring the psionics element that's part of this community. So we try to touch on all of these things every year, but there's usually like a theme or a focus each year to kind of.
Speaker 4: And I actually really like that too, because you know, you're kind of it's it's it's weird because you know, like you said, consciousness and maybe consciousness awareness has been a huge thing lately in the community, so last year you guys capitalized on that. So it's almost you know, taking the big theme of the year and you know, amplifying it a little bit.
Speaker 1: Event And I think that you've probably noticed how the thinking in this community has evolved over the years. You know, it went from strictly nuts and bolts, and then it kind of evolved into possibly interdimensional Yes, now it's artificial intelligence came into play, and then now it's really consciousness is a big part of this phenomenon on one way or another.
Speaker 4: I mean, you know, just and not to get debunt you so quick, but the fact that we you know, the fact that we're made of you know, atoms, the same atoms that bowling balls are made of, and we're conscious and able to have this conversation here. I mean, it's a stroke of pure genius. And it's something that I think, you know, people like Chris Bledsoe I've had on the show. You You really look at guys like that and you go, dude, consciousness seems to be the key. It seems to be the key to unlocking something.
Speaker 4: It does.
Speaker 1: It seems to be fundamental. Even when you talk to these hardcore science physicists, they will tell you that consciousness is behind everything. Plank, the famous physicists, said that consciousness is fundamental, that you cannot get behind consciousness. So clearly that's an important element to this whole thing.
Speaker 4: Yeah, and then and and not and then there. You know, there's just so many stemming, kind of stemming topics that kind of come off of that, or theories that come off of that. You know, the number of consciousness conscious minds in the world or the universe is one, right, so is it the oneness? And we're all just probes experiencing life and then taking it back to the source. And it's there's so much fun that you can have and I don't want to get bogged down in it too deep.
Speaker 1: Brother, You're making a really good point there, because one of the the the long ongoing conversations people have had is very similar to what you were saying. There's been this debate for years and years and years about the brain. Does the brain house conscious consciousness or is the brain a receiver that taps into consciousness that just exists in another plane, another realm, a nakashak record if you will, however you want to call it. We don't have the terms for this because we don't know. But that's been an ongoing debate for years in science.
Speaker 1: So you know, it's fun to examine the things and try to get.
Speaker 4: Closer and that's what drives you know. We talked backstage about about being an experiencer versus just being interested in the topic. And the thing I always say to people, because I feel like some people, you know, in this time, if you haven't out a UFO experience or something paranormal, like they feel like they're not as involved, and I don't think that's the case, because if you're conscious, you have skin in the game. Right. This affects every single being on this planet to to some multitude that would impact your daily life on tremendous levels.
Speaker 4: So I think to just be conscious is to be an experiencer.
Speaker 1: And then there's percent I mean there's a different level experience or many of these people are not experiencers. This is about what's going on in our world. It's just way more exciting to me. I don't know why this isn't on the evening news every night. I always say that it's like, this is what's interesting. You know this work that Dianne Powell's doing, the telepathy tapes that we were talking about. We are talking about working with autistic nonverbal children who she says, as their brain develops zero to two that they're able.
Speaker 1: They somehow because they're unable to speak, they create a way to speak, and that is to telepathically tell mom, I'm hungry. Now. That is incredible. You don't have to be an experience or to be wondered by this. Telepathy ties into our community because a lot of people who have experienced encounters with beings have expressed that they communicated telepathically with them. So that's how it ties into our conference. But it's a fascinating thing on its own. You don't have to be in any of these things to come to contact.
Speaker 1: In the desert, we explore a lot of the cutting edge things. You know, we're gonna be talking about the Pyramids. There's a lot of new stuff that just happened at the Pyramids.
Speaker 4: Oh my god.
Speaker 1: Yeah, but these tapes, all this stuff is just fascinating. People walk away from this event changed. It's it's it's really that's sort of an experience.
Speaker 4: It's so funny that you say that. And and that's another thing in this community that I think we get really used to is synchronicity, right, And one of my I have a synchronicity journal because I feel like, so I've been writing, maybe you appreciate this. So I don't mean I do. I don't mean a side step here do.
Speaker 1: I love synchronicity.
Speaker 4: Every synchronicity that happens to me, I write it down in my notes on my phone, and then as I'm going back and I'm reading through each synchronicity because I'll sum it up in like, you know what whatever, you know, a couple of words. It's almost like it's telling a story that's awesome, dude, it's so weird. It's so weird, and it's and we talk about going within or going to the source, the muse, right, and it you know, working through you. And it's almost like I'm reading like the questions, the deepest ones that I ask myself are coming through on this synchronicity journal.
Speaker 4: It's so bizarre.
Speaker 1: I want to make that discipline for that. I've wanted to create a ynchronicity journal for years. I just I never have the time for it. And then but we've had so many profound things. Just the fact that I have synchronicities in my life, you know, it points to something being real because I certainly believe in those. I mean that that's that's they're just incredible to me.
Speaker 4: And what I what I really am getting out of it is the amount of synchronicity once you start. Because you know, everyone has that deja vous or or whatever. They have it once in a while and they're like, oh, that was pretty weird. But once you start keying into it, it's almost like it's happening on a such a constant basis that you go, there's no there's too much intelligent design here.
Speaker 1: I feel that an ebb and flows. For me, There'll be times I almost forget about it for a while and I just kind of go about my life, and then something really profound will be really strong, and then there'll be four more of that week, and then the next week there's nine, and it's like what right, and then sort of ebbs and flows. But yeah, it's been it's certainly been happening for a long long time. It's really fun.
Speaker 4: I'll tell you. I'll tell you one that happened to me after It was right after I interviewed Chris Bloedsoe and he didn't tell me about his wife, right his first wife. He didn't tell me the story during the podcast, and I was listening to his episode on Sean Ryan because it was kind of a big deal. They didn't put it out for a while. There was rumors I don't want to get into the drama. So Sean Ryan's ends up putting out the episode and I was listening to it in the car. Now, Chris was just on my show previous.
Speaker 4: So I'm like, oh cool, I want to listen to this episode. And as it's talking about as he's telling Sean Ryan about his first wife dying and her name was Dana, I look to my left and there's an oil truck that just says the name of the company is Dana. Right. So I started recording. You can hear the episode in the background and I'm like, Chris, what the fuck? And part of my language? And I sent it to him after and I was like, weird, weird.
Speaker 1: Because it's fantastic. You know, Chris, Chris came to Contact in the Desert last year. He wasn't even one of our speakers. That's the thing. A lot of these guys just come to Contact in the desert. You know. The biggest problem we have is genuinely, you know, there's a thousand people in our community that would make quality speakers. We just can't do the same show every year. So we try to mix it up and we try to have different themes and we try to do the best can And it's just hard to tell people, you know, not to reinvite them back the next year.
Speaker 1: It's not that they're not the greatest speaker in the world. It's just we just can't repeat the whole thing. You know. There's a few core guys that we have that we know well, but in general, we try to mix it up and we try to mix up the theme and we'll recycle these guys back through whenever we can, or if they have a new book or there's a good time to bring them back, you know. But everybody's welcome. Of course, anybody that's been a speaker at contactors in this community, we like to bring them and a lot of them do just come just to be part of it.
Speaker 4: That's the thing is like, you know, people like me, people like Patrick from Vetted, I know he's going like, there's so many people that are going as you know, non speakers.
Speaker 1: So this is you're right, you're talking about podcasters. This is something that we kind of introduced when we took over. Is I was a podcaster for years. I mean I did The Truth Be Told back to twenty twelve. I think Tony and I were doing that show. And you know, it's like podcasting is a big part of this community. We don't get our news from CNN or Fox or anything because they don't talk about this news nation does a little bit now, but it's not really on this news So where where do all of us hear this information from podcasters?
Speaker 1: So we bring that into our event. You know, we've got twelve podcasters doing their show live this year.
Speaker 4: And man, because like I and I want to talk to you actually after the show, just really quick, so put a pin in that. But it's amazing. It is amazing how you guys are orchestrating this and you're not allowing yourself to kind of stale, right, You're keeping up with the times, and this is something that I think needs to be done a little bit more, is to embrace the new world and contact in the desert seems to just keep morphing to fit the world that that that it's it's encapsulating, and I think it's you guys have done an amazing job in the last three years.
Speaker 1: Really you just phrased this this way because that is genuinely by design what we're trying to do. We are most of most of the people that we that work with us are younger, and it's like things have evolved and things have changed, and people get news differently and and things get communicated differently now, So we are trying to keep up with that and trying to to, you know, orchestrate the event in that way.
Speaker 4: And I and I'm not saying this because I'm trying to be like, oh my god, you know, praise you so much. But I got to do something that changed my life because of Contact in the Desert. And this is hasn't even I haven't even gone to the conference yet. So Jamie, being the amazing person and media relations, I got to sit down one on one with Ovius and for ninety minutes, I just hit him with question after question. And I'm sitting in his living room. I'm sitting in Avi Lobe's living room. I had just held Interstellar material that he picked up.
Speaker 4: He's going to be speaking about Galileo project at Contact, and that interview changed how I want to go forward. So I think, you know, if I'm already being influenced by Contact of the Desert, I cannot wait to see why.
Speaker 1: It's I mean, you know, we have only been caretakers of this for the last couple of years, but we've been going for a long time.
Speaker 4: Yeah.
Speaker 1: Mean, I was involved in Contact Desert twenty fifteen and it's always had a profound effect on each of our lives. And it's amazing how we hear all these stories over the years, just almost synchronistically, if you will, Or the things that have happened. Do you know that Richard Dolan Tracy Dolan met at Contact in the Desert and now yes,
Speaker 1: Dan Harrari and Steve Bassett started the Hollywood Disclosure Alliance at Contact in the Desert. Uh, you know when when David Grosh came out, Uh, that happened live during our event, and we like stopped our event and we all piled into a room and all watched it together on a screen, and and then Danny and Dolan took questions and all the speakers were in there too, and they were asking them questions about what we just saw. I mean, there's tons of examples of this. We hear them all the time. It's it's it's really great.
Speaker 1: It's just one of those things that it's it's genuinely we really try to genuinely, uh, you know, guide this thing, but we we keep our hands off of it. We kind of let it. I don't want to get too metaphysical, but we kind of states the side. We kind of let this thing take a life of its own. It's almost like we look at it as an annual banquet for this community and let these people going to share what they're working on, and attendees are a big part of that too, and you know, they share what they're seeing and learning.
Speaker 1: And now there'll probably be a lot of people this year that saw the drones when that was going on, so I suspect hanging around the bar, there'll be a lot of talk about, Hey, I saw this drone and did you see this? And did you see that? And it just it just takes on a life of its own, and you know, if you're even fractionally interested in this topic, it's just a great place to be. Another interesting aspect of this is we have the entire hotel I've gone. You mentioned you go to a lot of different conferences that are not necessarily UFO conferences.
Speaker 1: Some of those that we've gone to are like kind of in the middle of a casino or in the middle of something else, and it's just there's other things happening. We have this giant resort and we rent the entire thing, so everybody there is there for this. So you can talk to somebody in line buying food in the morning getting coffee. They're here for this event. They're interested in something.
Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah, so a And for anyone who doesn't understand what he's saying. So if you go to.
Speaker 1: Well, nobody understands what I'm saying. Ty, that's that's been a curse of mind for years. They said, why why why does this guy have a show on coast. He can't even communicate to people. That's one of the big problems. But thank you for pointing that out. I'm gonna put that. Tell Jamie right now to save that clip and put that out there that says he says. So I'm gonna explain it to you. Well right ahead time.
Speaker 4: Please, So so I And it's funny you said.
Speaker 1: You said that no one could understand, but.
Speaker 4: Uh so I I went to reserve the hotel, right and and I guess it didn't get through to me that you can't. You have to go through Contact the Desert. For anyone who does was interested in going, by the way, it's www dot Contact inthe Desert dot com. So I didn't know you had to book a hotel through Contact and Desert's website. If you go go to the website and you go to May twenty ninth to June. Second, you can't as a general person, you can't book for those days, So you can only book through Contact and Desert because they blocked the whole hotel out, so nobody in the hotel aside from the employees will not be there unless they are dedicated to some degree or interested to some degree with this topic.
Speaker 1: R And we just put it on our site as a courtesy to the hotel. The meals in the hotel, that's all the hotels pricing and however they do things, it's all through the hotel. Same for food. We just put it on there to make it easy for people as a courtesy.
Speaker 4: You know, it's not like beautiful spot to us.
Speaker 1: Yeah, the events of the place is great. The venue is amazing. They have like a Vegas style pool front.
Speaker 4: The mountains that surround the area of Palm Spring. I mean it's gorgeous and you know, so I do want to ask my phone keeps it must be timing out. But you spent years around some of the most and this is you know this this can go past Contact at this point to just general. You know, Captain rod ron Jin, you spent years around some of the most prominent names in ufology period, has any moment ever kind of shaken your worldview or personal belief that so, if that makes.
Speaker 1: Sense, No, I've never had anything really profound. There was one time I was actually interviewing doctor Stephen, but it's the only time I've ever seen a UFO in my life. I did see one thing that I call a UFO because I don't know what it was, and I was actually a funny coincidence. I was with doctor Greer and we were hiking, and I was interviewing him and asking him questions while we were hiking, and he stopped and he pointed, and like, way out there. I don't know how this guy spotted it, but he did.
Speaker 1: And I looked and I saw it, and I watched it and we saw. To me, it looked like the sun. It looked exactly like the sun, like it was a quote unquote fireball, and it flew right in the path of just like we you'd see an airplane go over. And we were in South Phoenix, out in this beautiful park, and it went right over, completely silent, and it looked like a sun, like a giant fireball the size of a plane right in like where you'd see a plane and it just kept going. There was no tail or anything. It was just as clear as day and it was in the daylight sighting.
Speaker 1: And so that was an interesting moment. But nothing's ever been I've never had a profound experience. You know. It's great when you have the opportunity that some people will say some things after a beverage or two that they may not say on stage. Let's just say it that way and leave it there.
Speaker 4: But yes, that's what I meant.
Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, certainly that happens, and it just strengthens my ability, believe it or not. I'll share this with you because it's an interesting question that no one's ever asked before, and I think it's very very poignant. I'll tell you a moment that stuck with me. How about that that's close really stuck with me? Years and years ago. I was I went to the Roswell Museum on a coin. I just happened to be driving through. I was driving to Texas and I was driving through, and I said, I'm gonna go to that Roswell Museum by myself, and I went.
Speaker 1: I walked through, and just coincidentally, Don Schmidt was there that day, and he was there and I had met him before. I think I may have interviewed him before, and I went over and I talked to him for a while and I kind of asked him something about what he thought about these Roswell witnesses. And he looked me in the eye and he was like, Ron, it's one thing to see a YouTube video. It's one thing to interview somebody. It's one thing to hear the stories or read the books. He goes, But when I'm sitting in a living room with an eighty year old guy that was a colonel in the army, that is, you know, a respected guy, an upstanding guy, and he breaks down in tears and he collapses into my lap because he says, Don, I haven't mentioned this in fifty five years to anyone.
Speaker 1: And he breaks down in tears. He goes, it is so powerful. And Don said something to the effect of that's what made him hooked and believe that this was a real story. And ever since Don told me that story, it's made me very compelled by the stories. So I find that a very compelling story.
Speaker 4: Yeah. You know what's funny is Don is actually a good friend of mine, and he said something similar to me and I had had that happen to me where, you know, because I got to bring Bob Saalice. I So I went to the UFO, the UAP hearings in November. I'm sure you remember, right, but I was invited down by Congress and so I went, and you know, I had a seat reserved and all that I had made, and I made meetings with various members of Congress from everyone up to Nancy Mace. So Ron, even Ron James, like in line.
Speaker 4: He came up to me. He's like, how did you get a meet He's like, who are you? Who are you? How did you get a meeting with Mace? And I was like, I just am persistent and it ended up working out because Bob Saalice was there and I got to bring Bob into brief Nancy Mace after she chaired the UFO hearing, so not even with you, he was, I brought them.
Speaker 1: Both in awesome.
Speaker 4: So I yielded my time. I was like, I had a good list of questions. I ripped them up and I was like, Bob, you can brief Nancy. All I ask is that I'm in the room and I can film it. That's it. That's fantastic.
Speaker 1: Good for you, man. I've seen that video with with with Steve. Steve told me all about it. That's yeah.
Speaker 4: So that meeting, I don't want to be like but that only happened because I made it.
Speaker 1: Those are three moments, man, You're gonna remember that twenty years from now. It's a great, great moment.
Speaker 4: Man INGOs. So that's why I say it, because Bob, after he pulled me aside, and it was during the interview, I saw something him being able to He had never been able to tell his story brief a member of Congress, right and there you know, she's sitting right there, right in front of him. He had never given that opportunity.
Speaker 1: And he's one or two for fifty years.
Speaker 4: Fifty years. This guy just had this incredibly this, I mean the story. If you have any vested interest in national security and you listen to Bob Salace's story, and if you don't walk away eaching a little bit, then you shouldn't be in government. You shouldn't be in the military, you shouldn't have a stake in national security because what he's telling you, I mean, these are the best of the best of the best of the best. They have to tell when they take aspirin pilan. All these guys are the sharpest of the sharp and they're guarding our most valuable, our most decimating, and our most you know, intrinsically expensive weaponry.
Speaker 4: So if they're telling you, something came and shut those off. So when he was telling his story to Nancy, I saw him like, I don't I don't want to give the you know, I don't want to give him away. But I saw like a tear come to his eye, and if it changed like it changed me fundamentally.
Speaker 1: Absolutely. Man, that's a very profound moment for him, and it's great. And we're hoping this month to get him and a few other guys who are similar position to testify before Congress. And that's that's a very strong possibility.
Speaker 4: I've been working with him.
Speaker 1: Yeah, and God that happens. You know, these guys will be at contact.
Speaker 4: Of course, I was. I was going to say, so you you have Bob, you have you have many many other speakers.
Speaker 1: Those guys are all part of the nuclear thing. Yep.
Speaker 4: Absolutely, And you guys just announced if if if I'm not mistaken, you held out a little bit. I don't know if it was maybe you signed that, he signed up. But now Ross Colthard is going to be there. It's it's been announced. What what's your hope in in bringing Ross to contact to be you know, a highlighted speaker the way he is. Obviously he's been at the center of a lot of what's you know, breaking news and like the David Gruss story.
Speaker 1: Are you guys, Ross is a very important figure in our community. I mean he also I mean, you know, for my little tiny world, in my little head, I feel part of my mission is to share these things. Like you know, I'm embedded in this world and I find these things fascinating. I try to share that with people sort of outside our community. In my personal life and doing this, I like people that are outside of this community. Preaching to the choir doesn't do any good. They already know these stories. It's not that exciting as much.
Speaker 1: I like people that are new to this because I think a lot of people have overlooked how profound and interesting and exciting a lot of this is. So I'm always trying to do that. I think Ross is really great and valuable because here he is on News Nation really getting this word out to a lot of people. And we've had that happen a lot since twenty seventeen, as you know, that watershed moment New York Times sixty minutes, et cetera, et cetera. Now we have Ross. I think he's one of the most highly profiled guys that are speaking to people outside this community, that that audience is not just made up of UFO people.
Speaker 1: Of course, there are just regular everyday folks watching that show. So I think he's really important in that regard, and I respect what he's done, and I think he's going to be a He's he's one of these guys that just fits in with contact perfectly.
Speaker 4: Yeah, he is.
Speaker 1: And he's a nicer guy by the way, in real life, he is just awesome, a true gentleman, a true Uh you.
Speaker 4: Know, I got to update my I gotta update my interview list because he wasn't on the list when I sent my list to Jamie, So she's really busy.
Speaker 1: I'm not sure how many he's doing on that. Yeah, Jamie, she's got the list of who's available.
Speaker 4: Yeah, honestly, honestly, I'm fine with I'm fine, just I'm a happy man. I am so happy. I cannot wait. I don't things happen the way that supposed to happen, and they always will happen the way they're supposed to happen. You brought something up earlier. I want to talk about your beliefs and uphology, and you talked about the pyramids earlier, ancient civilizations and stuff and lost technology. Are these things that you you think about and you know you're you're do you openly, openly go down those avenues?
Speaker 1: Oh? Yeah, I mean, I'm an open book. I'm I'm just one of these guys who loves sitting fireside listening to these things and talking about these things. I don't know why the rest of the world doesn't, because what's the point of the human experience but to to talk about the things we don't know about and get to those answers. To me, that's just like how life should be. Let's discover the unknown things. Let's let's see if we can get closer to the truth. Hearing the same old thing on the news just does not do anything for me.
Speaker 1: So I'm always interested in that, always interested in new speculating on what could be happening. I don't really have any strong conclusions yet, but I do like getting closer, and I love that they just found these new things under the pyramids. This could lead to an incredible thing to me, even strengthen the idea. I mean clearly the Pyramids and some of these giant megalists from history. It's one of two things. Either we had a technology where we could move the stones at ball back, which are eighteen hundred tons.
Speaker 4: They're ridiculous, and they're laser precisions.
Speaker 1: And so either we had this technology and lost it, which I do believe is possible because if we had a nuclear war or something happened. Now, I don't know how to do anything. Brother, I can't get lead in a pencil, I let alone build an iPhone, So I can imagine how you know, only few people in our world know how to do these things. So I could see us losing the technology. But if it wasn't that, either we lost the technology or we had help from somewhere else. I mean, it's really, it's really the only two answers.
Speaker 1: I don't know how else. Yeah, we lost it, or we had it and secret keepers kept it or somebody else helped us.
Speaker 4: See that's where I was, you know, And and I have an angle here I think the first cover up it didn't start with I think the first cover up happened from the churches and religion at its core. I think started the first cover up of whatever technology it was, or whatever civilization had been here. I think it. I think I don't know. I think that's where. Because people ask, oh, where did it all begin? Well, I think the real cover up started all long time ago when it was the religious you know, because people people don't remember it is like the church was the judge, jury and our executioner.
Speaker 1: You know, it's not with what you're saying, Yes, I agree. I definitely said that there was a time where that.
Speaker 4: Was the Yeah, and and and so with this new find, I don't have to change cameras with this new find under the pyramids. You know, it makes me makes me think because like you've obviously you've heard Graham, Hancock and you know Randall Carson, Robert Shock, so many people, I'm sure you know them.
Speaker 1: All we had with Graham was our keynote two years ago.
Speaker 4: Oh how's he been to contact?
Speaker 1: I brought him in two years ago. That was our first year. That was our keynote speaker.
Speaker 4: Absolutely, Oh damn well, Graham is fantastic, and and and I find, I find and Uh. There's a reason I like to talk about this stuff is because you know ancient Egypt and and pre dynastic Egypt and the ancient Sumerians, and you know, you talk about guys like Zachariasitchen and you know it's this all plays like a really fundamental core, like the story of the Anaki or you know, the people from Above, the Star people and the Americas. All these stories, you know exist and they seem to be telling the same story with a few deviations here and there based on maybe geological or I mean geographical cultural right.
Speaker 4: You know, someone from uh In in the Middle East, you know they were going to have a different experience than someone in you know, Africa and uh and then in the America's you know, at different times, so there's gonna be slight variations in what they how they call them, what they say about them. But there's always this, you know, the flood always happens in all these cultures. Right, So it's like we need to step back and be able to have the conversation. Like you said earlier, we need to stop throwing stones at each other and step back and be like, hey, dude, let's compare notes.
Speaker 1: That's what this has been going on for a long time. The problem I have is that I'm fascinated with people like Graham Hancock and these guys that are making these really profound discoveries, and unfortunately science moves very glacially. It's very hard for them to change their stance on anything. I did a show about this back in October where I talked about how throughout history, every little thing. You know, it's amazing how wrong we've been over God and over you know, not that long ago. I thirty five forty years ago, we believe there were no planets in the universe anywhere, and now we believe that the average is one and a half planets per star.
Speaker 1: I mean, that's a pretty dramatic change, you know. And in nineteen twenty five, just one hundred years ago, we believe that our galaxy was in fact the entirety of the universe. Because we didn't know any better then. We built a telescope out here at Mount Wilson, and we saw that there were galaxies beyond our galaxy, and that the Milky Way Galaxy is merely one little galaxy in a vast universe, and that's only one hundred years ago. So it's like, throughout history we've been extremely wrong. And I don't know why science is so hard to be that.
Speaker 1: I wish they were more open to these changes, even things like the play tapes. They're so quick to say, no, this isn't real. Well, why don't we take a look at it? And maybe it is? You know what I mean, It does seem to be very real to me. So I'm open to at least listening to these people. And I just wish more of the world was. They seem so quick to dismiss these things, and and it inevitably they will be proven wrong. This has been going on throughout history. An example is if you told somebody four hundred years ago, oh, by the way, your skin is covered with micro scopic organisms and there's a billion of them in your stomach right now, they'd think you're.
Speaker 4: Crazy, right, They'd be like, they would probably burn you for witchcraft.
Speaker 1: Literally, And now a four year old knows this, this is like common knowledge to anybody. It's like it's an extreme version of the Earth is flat thing.
Speaker 4: And then you know, obviously you know it reminds me and forgive me if this is like super on the nose, but it reminds me of the First Men in Black where Tommy Lee Jones is talking to Will Smith and he's like a thousand year ago. A thousand years ago, everybody knew the Earth was the center of the universe. Five hundred years ago, they knew the Earth was flat. Fifteen minutes ago, you knew that humans were alone on this planet. Imagine what you'll know tomorrow.
Speaker 1: And that's why I feel, that's why I don't like, I mean, everybody that's that's that's so adamant about their position,
Speaker 1: stop it, because you're going to be proven wrong now it may be beyond your lifetime. And I love when some sciences scientists are vindicated during their lifetime, Like the Higgs Boson guy was able to alive and see that he was in fact right. But there's many of these cases throughout history that you can study where they had this position. They thought he was crazy. Sure enough, upon his death, Oh my god, you know that guy was right. You know, the Earth was all one big land mass and it pulled apart.
Speaker 1: People can't believe that, you know, all yeah, you know, it's incredible.
Speaker 4: And and and you know, with so much kind of all right, there's like that growing there's this growing belief and I think it's probably pretty spot on. I now, I trust me. I think the government has come a long way, not that maybe government, but Congress, and the status quo is changing. Obviously, there's been UFO hearings, there's you know, there's the task force they have now there's a but there's a growing belief that disclosure it will not come from Washington, but it will come from experiencers, independent researchers, and even non human intelligence itself.
Speaker 4: You may talk about the Jersey thing, what's your take, I mean, contacting the desert. It's not a small event. It's the world's largest UFO convents in and you talk about how I mean, what's your take, what's my take on what? So do you think that? So again, people, there's a growing belief that disclosure won't come from Washington disclosure.
Speaker 1: I'll tell you my take on disclosure. I do not see any reason to disclose this information if in fact they have this information. I feel like, I know doctor Stephen Greer is very controversial, but I feel that his position that there is a black budget, black project unacknowledged project that holds this knowledge makes perfect sense to me. Why wouldn't something like that happen throughout history? If you go back, literally in the movie two thousand and one, they show the monkey that finds the bone and uses the bone as a weapon.
Speaker 1: He had a better technology than the monkey who didn't even have the bone. That guy with the stronger technology always wins. That's been pretty much the case throughout history. That's who's conquered, that's who's won. So now, if you have this technology that's what a thousand years, ten thousand years, a million years ahead of what we currently have, because you've captured it. If that is in fact true, why would you release this information? There is no incentive to do so. So it is my belief that if this is in fact real and the government does have it, there's no reason to do so.
Speaker 1: And it's awesome that they're trying to get these bills passed, and it's awesome that they have arrow, which so far is worthless. It's awesome that they're having these congressional hearings. I love it because it brings attention to this topic to other people who can put pressure on getting it moved. Forward and can open people's eyes that there is more going on than their three D Newtonian world. However, I personally believe that stuff is so buried that no matter who you ask. Of course, when you ask the guy an arrow, or you ask these congressmen, hey, what do you guys have?
Speaker 1: And they say nothing, they're not lying, they don't know anything. They're not going to put the guy that knows on that stand. That's ridiculous to ask him. You're asking somebody that doesn't know anything. Got plausible deniability. So I think if these things are in fact true, that they are buried, buried, buried, and if we do get some form of disclosure, it'll be you know, minimal, that's.
Speaker 4: I think it'd be. It would happen and then the government or the milit you know, let's just say the president. Something would have to happen, and then they would just confirm that it exists. It exists, right like, yeah, we just found out with you guys, we have no but everything to that point. So they're going to wait for some event to happen. And I think Greer even talks about false flags. I don't want to. I don't know about that kind of stuff.
Speaker 1: I yeah, that's that's a that's a bridge too far from me too. But but if there was something like like an alien presence made itself known or another country was releasing this, then I think our government would step up.
Speaker 1: But if they're not pushed to, there's no reason to.
Speaker 4: Well you know that, and and and so I've been doing a lot of research. I'm actually doing a like a really long speaking of of of people Jesse Michaels. What an amazing, amazing podcaster, journalists, uh, you know whatever, entrepreneur, you know. I really I'm making a video in in this a similar style to how he does it. But I've been looking at the doctor how I'll put off and help put off has openly admitted multiple times that he was part of these the think tanks. Now when he would go, he'd show up to these this think tank and there would be people from government, like high up in government.
Speaker 4: There'd be private citizens, but in the corporate world that have really made you know, a name for themselves, you know, whether it's business or monetarily. Uh, just all the smartest and richest people were represented there, and ultimately they came to a conclusion that disclosure is not sustainable. It's not sustainable. Now, like this is going into every facet. Do I agree with him? I do not? Do I do I agree with that outcome? And he and he's openly talked about it. You know that that maybe the word.
Speaker 1: You mean like like it would collapse the planet.
Speaker 4: That's what the thing, these things tanks, that's I am not saying. Concluded that it would have major ramifications and religion, mental health, like it would. They gave this specific example. Now, so you have two companies, say, let's Company A and Company B. They both were they both bid for government contracts. But if you've been giving government A meta materials without Company B knowing Company B is gonna sue Company A because well, you guys had a you guys, you know, you guys are working together, and they they had material access to materials that we didn't have access to.
Speaker 4: Of course they're gonna win these contracts they have.
Speaker 1: Fucking there's no doubt if disclosure happens from our government, there's gonna be so many lawsuits the following day that it's not even funny. Even things like like we talked about Roswell earlier. Even this my dad was threatened and he never left his house for thirty years. You ruined his life. You owe us fifty million dollars. I mean, there's an endless supply of these things, so it would have to be like a cart bloch. We're gonna say, look, everybody gets a free pass on this.
Speaker 4: Yeah, and that's that's the and so that's the that that's how they they really thought about it in these think tanks. So I don't blame them for coming to the conclusions that they did. But it's like, all right, dude, you made your bed, now it's time to lie in it. What are you guys coming?
Speaker 1: Yeah? Is it just the revealing that there is an alien presence? Or is there? Do we have free energy? There are those who believe that this technology is not only weaponry, it is free energy that would change the world overnight.
Speaker 4: Obviously because because you know, I don't know about your childhood, Ron and and you know, obviously there's a place in time. But you know, I grew up in a in a not so rich, a very you know, lower middle class family, and there were times when we couldn't afford to have heat, and we had to boil water to take showers and stuff like that. So if that whole time that we were struggling to food.
Speaker 1: And here you had free energy and you didn't let my family have it, you can imagine what that's going to call. So number one, I think a lot of people again just take this cursory view that that disclosure is this easy thing that we can just release this overnight. It's going to have all these complicated factors of free energy, of religious ramifications, government ratifications, lies, all of these things, and then you could take it another step. Something that I've been thinking about lately is that, you know, initially when this first came up, let's say, nineteen forties, fifties, sixties, it was strictly a spaceship coming from another planet, nuts and bolt craft as we talk about boom.
Speaker 1: You know, you can get your head around that pretty easily. I'll be honest, if you could, I could convince my mother that look, just like we are here, there's people that live there and they built a ship and their version of Lexus flew all the way here, you know, with an Apple radio and whatnot. You could imagine a scenario where that's that's easy to digest. But now this community is full of inter dimensional consciousness travel psionics, we're controlling the spaceship sitting. That is another level of comprehension.
Speaker 1: And if any of that is that could be a reason not to release this information. And of course they say that the Legacy programs feel that they're tied into demonic and religious aspects to this, So you know, we don't really know what we don't know.
Speaker 4: Of course, that's another thing. So and I'd like to definitely put god no. I was gonna say I put a pen in it. But if I don't say it now, I won't. I won't remember. But it does it does it scare you a little bit that people do they're so religiously like I don't I don't want to use the word like brainwashed, but.
Speaker 1: I think any extreme position is crazy to me. I mean, I live in such a middle. I'm a Libra and I am a true Libra, and I take a middle position on all of these things, politics, UFOs, everything in my life. So I always find people at the edge of these extreme positions. I am always puzzled by why they would even think those things, and why would you hold such a fervent you know, just this is your line in the sand. It's like, how do you even know?
Speaker 4: You know, I could see, I could see if it was like we were cutting our hands and doing blood rituals. But it's people doing CE five. They're not they're I mean, we're not invoking demons. And obviously, you know, I do think that CE five, you know, remote viewing. I do think you have to be a little bit careful. You can invite things. I think there's good out there, there's bad out there.
Speaker 1: You know. This is why says we shouldn't be making ourselves known to the universe anyway, because who knows who could see us? And I know you're a staunch snake handler. So that's an interesting religion, but we don't have to go down that path. Right now. There's something I heard. I picked it up somewhere. I'm not sure.
Speaker 4: So and for me it's it's it's this crazy thing, and it's like we if even if you are religious, it's okay to be religious, it's not okay to say that we can't look into UFOs because it's demonic. You can't. It's in the world.
Speaker 1: How do we know? That's the thing I really struggle with because we don't know, we don't know, we don't know it's you what people the Royal You could think it's it's demonic, and it might be, but we don't know that, so I don't think that that's fair. The problem with this topic is that it is an unknowable. We really don't know. Even people that claim to know what they were dealing with, they don't know because it's an unknowable. And what else? And if there's another life for I'm coming here, then that means there's a thousand others that can or probably were also coming here.
Speaker 1: So it's not just one phenomenon. I think we're just going to learn more and more as it goes forward. So these are unknowables, though, and it's hard to put limitations on that.
Speaker 4: I feel absolutely, And I think you know, it's the the people that are screaming the loudest, like, hey guys, I have the answers. Maybe take an extra second with those people, because you know, again UAP is an unidentified you know, it's all in the name, and I think people do forget that, right we the general we as you said, the Royal, We I like that I might have to use that. You know, they think UFO, they think Little Green Man, and like you kind of like what you said earlier, is it had in the in the community.
Speaker 4: It's maybe changed to interdimensional opening our minds to other possibilities. But for the average Joe down the street, you know, someone says UFO, he's gonna think archetypal alien.
Speaker 1: You know, nineteen fifties flying saucer. That's what people think of UFO. I think that's part of the reason they tried to change that. But all of these things, just like you know, you don't drive down the four or five in a white Bronco at four miles an hour if you didn't do something wrong, you know what I mean. It's like it's like, well, hello, so yeah, these people that jump up.
Speaker 4: And down tell me you were funny man.
Speaker 1: Sorry, I I just I don't. Yeah, anybody. The more the more that you're convinced that you know the answer to this, the less likely I am to believe it. Ironically, yes, I love the Even even a renowned contact, the abductee Whitley Streeber, for example, to this day crazy I don't know what it is, and he won't even call them aliens. Everybody calls him the alien guy, just like I've never once called them. I call him the visitors, because I don't I have a great respect for that. He doesn't know what they are, he says, these things are happening to him.
Speaker 1: I don't know what it is. I can get behind that position like that. You know, the more people know exactly it's this race from this place and they're doing this maybe right, But that's that's that's that's just harder to digest, I feel, And it's certainly harder to tell people outside this community who don't even have any idea about it. Here's the answer. Well, we don't really have the answers. We're exploring the answers. That's the whole point of my podcast. That's the whole point of Contact in the Desert.
Speaker 1: That's the whole point of all of this.
Speaker 4: I think, right right, I couldn't I couldn't agree more. And something I wanted to ask you is, how is the community around Contact in the Desert evolved over the years? You know, are you seeing a more open minded public now?
Speaker 1: Very much so. I I definitely think we go back to that twenty seveneen watershed moment, you know, because I was at Contact in the Desert when it was out in Joshua Tree in twenty fifteen and sixteen, and I definitely think number one, it's moved younger. It used to be much much older. It has definitely moved younger, and it has definitely moved in a direction of cursory people, which is what we want to people that have an interest in this but aren't necessarily experiencers. They're just like, well, yeah, I keep seeing this in the news, and I keep seeing this.
Speaker 1: I want to learn more about it. I know nothing about this. That's why we bring in these top guys. If you want to get a sense of what's going on. These are the people that are the closest we can find to the answers, and most of them will tell you we don't know the definitive answer, but we're getting closer and we're getting a sense of what's happening. And I think that's wonderful and I think it really really makes a difference here. If you click on that second tab, you could see our speaker line up there.
Speaker 1: Brother, everybody that's coming speakers, filmmakers. Do you know we're having five world premiere documentaries this year? Ye?
Speaker 4: I can't, So can you give us a little I don't know if you can give us a little. Uh, you know, I don't know if it's if you'd say it's an exclusive here, but I did want to ask, are you telling what those documentaries are?
Speaker 1: Yeah, they're on the bottom of the page. They're all all five filmmakers, are there?
Speaker 4: Four of them are up.
Speaker 1: The other two are coming up this week.
Speaker 4: So okay, well, okay, I didn't know. I hadn't seen that. I'm actually glad because obviously there's a huge documentary. People are talking about his age of disclosure.
Speaker 1: Yeah, we don't have that. They're going to cut a deal. I'm pretty sure they're gonna put it on.
Speaker 4: Yeah. I'm not well, I yeah, but you got you guys. The World premieres five of them. I am so like, there's so much going on. I mean, you see here just in the front rows, right, Josh Gates, Ross Coltart, doctor, Diane Hennessy Powell, George Nori Like legendary, George Knapp, legendary, Jimmy Church, legendary, Danny she and ab V Low, Richard Dolan, Linda Willnow, I mean, Carolyn Corey, Whitley Streem, Thomas Jane, the Punisher, right. The Punisher.
Speaker 1: Punisher is very, very knowledgeable on this topic. I really really genuinely like him as a person. Yes, And we find him very knowledgeable, and I like his take on this whole thing.
Speaker 4: You know, him and I at contact in the desert. Him and I are peeling off for a minute because I'm interviewing it. We were I was already set to interview him for a documentary I'm doing. But he's really not knowledgeable about the Pasco Gula event. Are you familiar?
Speaker 1: Are you familiar? Well?
Speaker 4: Yeah, so let's just say I'm working on something and it may or may not be about Pastaula. I don't know. I can't really to say one way or the other. But Thomas Jane, uh, he's super knowledgeable and this people think actors and people in Hollywood that they don't have connected in reality. But that's like the furthest thing from the case.
Speaker 1: A lot of people coming out to talk about this. Now, Sammy hagar head a UFO experience, there's there's there's tons of guys here. Did you how often I hear it?
Speaker 4: Yeah? What's his name? Morpheus? The guy who plays Morpheus?
Speaker 1: And oh yeah, Laurence Fishbourne.
Speaker 4: Laurence Fishburne, thank you. He was in an interview and he was like, I'm pretty sure aliens walk among us. And he points out the interviewer and he's like, and you probably know you know someone that's just a little bit off, like you know, and.
Speaker 1: And the way you know a lot of people that are just a little bit off. But that doesn't mean I think they're alien.
Speaker 4: Yeah, but you know what I mean. So, but even people like him or saying stuff.
Speaker 1: Yeah, there's there's a lot more people we're comfortable talking about it now, and that's good to see.
Speaker 4: Yeah, Sarah Brestman caused me, she's gonna be hypnotizing me. That's gonna be amazing. Nick Pope for the Ministry of Defense, the UK Ministry of Defense. Obviously, Chris Bledsoe, we spoke about Alexis Brooks, William Henry, amazing, Uh, Tracy Dolan, Richard Dolan, I think we already said Jason Martel, another friend of mine, Mark D'Antonio, Adam Curry, Stephen Bassett. I'm gonna stop right there for a moment. I mean, just in those four or five rows man you have, you have you have heavy hit or after heavy hit or after it's just it's just David Ortiz, after David Ortiz, after David Orties in.
Speaker 1: The line at lineup. We all have These people are super quality. We really, we really think we have. Just we're just so lucky and and they're all so generous to come and participate and and and we love it. There's your buddy.
Speaker 4: Yeah, there's my buddy, Bob Salas. I'm interviewing Ryan Wood tomorrow. Rizwan is a is a great person to talk to.
Speaker 1: You. Talks about the simulated universe, and and we speculate whether or not we are living in a computer simulation. Yeah, there's a wide diversity of topics that are covered.
Speaker 4: I mean, oh yeah, and all these people, you know, every single one of them is different from from you know, the next one. They're not. No one is a carbon copy of of anyone. Right.
Speaker 1: That part is there's the filmmakers. We've got Ron James with a brand new film. He's doing part.
Speaker 4: Two of his Accidental Truth. Uh, Part two is gonna ja yep, Oh wow, I I should talk to Rod. I he's a very good friend. And James Fox is a good friend.
Speaker 1: Uh.
Speaker 4: Everyone, Dan Rarey is a good friend. And now you know you're a good friend. You're gonna be. You're gonna become a good friend. It's gonna be, you know.
Speaker 1: Playing both of his uh short docs, they're one hour each and they are awesome. Dean Dean is you know, it's world premiering Part two. Part one is out right now, it's outstanding.
Speaker 4: The Alien perspective, he takes a look at this phenomenon from the alien perspective, which is a really unique, great take.
Speaker 1: And Part two, he says, is going to be even better than Part one, and we can't. Wow, it's going to be. There's just so many great things happening.
Speaker 4: Yeah, there, I mean again, And to anyone I didn't mention, obviously that's not but to anyone who wants can people still get tickets right now?
Speaker 1: Absolutely? Of course absolutely?
Speaker 4: Is it something that can sell out? Techniquely? Yeah, I can right technically kind of in a.
Speaker 1: Gray area there because it's a hotel, not everybody's there. At the same time, we now have one day passes. There are certain people that like from La who have told me like, look, I just can't go because of my job. I can't. So they're going to come out just Saturday Sunday. They bought to one day passes so it's not everybody there every day, you know, it's it's yeah, it's some of that going on.
Speaker 4: I like to say it's like Woodstock meets Alien. I don't mean to say Alien, Colm, but it's it's like Woodstock that style, like over multiple days. It's this big, like festival type thing. But it's also a very very informative, engaging, insightful way to connect with these people that seem you know, I've looked up to Steve Bassett for thirty twenty years and then you know, he's a friend of mine now and I get to interact with him and they're you know you.
Speaker 1: That's the best part overall. The best part is that it's so much fun. Everybody at the end, Hey, what'd you think? Oh? I had so much fun. Oh I had so much fun. It's fun. There's a lot of different things to do. It's a lot of fun. It's educational, it's mind opening, and it's the interaction. It's interaction with the other attendees, it's interaction with the speakers. It's just so much fun to get an opportunity to talk to these how many of these great minds in the same room at the same time and you can interact with them.
Speaker 1: I mean, how often have an opportunity like that?
Speaker 4: And that's why I said, asked that question earlier to you is like, you know, do you think if disclosure is not going to come from Washington? I mean, it might come from events like this.
Speaker 1: Well, no, I see, it depends. Everybody has a different definition of disclosure. If you're an experiencer, you don't need disclosure. You're saying this is real. I know it's real, and that's the end of the story. You don't need disclosure. And there are other people who are very skeptical. And even if they disclosed, if China came out tomorrow and disclosed, or Brazil came out tomorrow and said this is real, there's a segment of the population in America that would not believe it. One hundred percent would not believe it.
Speaker 1: No, it's not true. And the political situation in America is so polar. Absolutely, our president released it to be a popular segment of the population who wouldn't believe it anyway in the ship, you know what I mean. So until we have some landmark event like that big d government disclosure, Uh, it's going to vary for for each individual and there are some people that just won't accept it or won't believe it, or think it's something else, or think they're lying. You know, it's just that's one of those kind of topics, and it's just the way it did.
Speaker 4: So, I don't know if you've ever thought about this. I maybe I'm gonna get you. Maybe I'm gonna get you here just with the with a question you maybe maybe you've never been asked. All right, so we know that like guys like um, so, I can't remember.
Speaker 1: The fastest land mammal is because it's the cheetah, and I have been asked that before.
Speaker 4: So damn it.
Speaker 1: Where you're going?
Speaker 4: No? No, but yeah, no, that was the question. You actually ruined the whole podcast. No, I'm just kidding.
Speaker 1: I do this every podcast I go on. It's basically that's another clip. Jamie cut that one out too. On you've basically ruined the entire podcast. These are two good things. I want to put this on a real.
Speaker 4: I'll send it to you. I will send it to you. No, but so, like, do you ever think about obviously this being the all the most amazing personalities and speakers and people in the field and uphology are there. Do you ever think that like out there in the crowd, like someone from the government sit there watching.
Speaker 1: And like, well, we have had confirmation before from people that that there were people there that have come to kind of over.
Speaker 4: There maybe trying to red team you like, because.
Speaker 1: Well, you know, it's just like you know, these are people that that would know. And I just think that why wouldn't they see what do people know right now? I mean, it just makes sense, you know. I think a lot of times Arrow, for example, when they're asking these guys give us all your information, tell us what you know, I think they don't really want to compile that and give it to the people. They want to see what we know. And I think that that's really the intention of Arrow. I think it's just as much nonsense and corrupt as any of the other Project Blue Book, Grind Sign and all of those have ever been.
Speaker 1: I just think it's complete nonsense, and because we've heard too many personal accounts, first hand accounts that were given to that organization, and then they come out and say we have no credible proof whatsoever. Really, what if Bob tell us say to you, he told you that he was this position at the nuclear site and this happened and you have nothing. Now, why couldn't they have softened that up? And if they would have at least said, well, it's not definitively alien, that's a fair argument. It could have been some technology that Russia has that we haven't, thinking that's a fair thing, and then they're you win.
Speaker 1: But it's completely disingenuous to say that we have no evidence whatsoever that any of this could be extraterrestrial. Any of this could be anything. Come on, people have that. Danny Shehan has told you that, Bob Sallas has told you that, we've heard any of other people that have given information to Arrow. Arrow knows things, and you know, I just think it's obviously garbage.
Speaker 4: And some of the guys like Sallas and Jacobs and Mario Woods another guy, he was an MP at Ellsworth. I'm not sure if you're familiar with this story, but he he's another one who is on a nuclear base responding to a Have you heard Mario Woods's case? I have, Yeah, so you know it, but for anyone listening maybe doesn't watching. He responded on Ellsworth Air Force basis a military police officer uh to a nuclear silo and upon arrival, he observed a school bus size gaseous ball just hovering over November five, which is a missile launch silo, and the atmosphere got really thick in the truck and his partner was in like a comatose.
Speaker 4: He goes under. They're taken aboard the ship is allegedly well, that happens next, and then dropped off like twenty twenty miles away facing a cliff, and that's where they're found. That's where they're eventually found after by their colleagues. So the guys like him and Bob's Alice, they recorded themselves testifying to Arrow, so we know, for I know, I have Bob Slice is recording to Arrow. I've heard it. I know for a fact he's testified to Arrow. I know Mario Woods is testified to Arrow because I've heard it.
Speaker 4: And for them to come out and say that, do you, isn't that not a slap in the face to everybody who's.
Speaker 1: Sung genuous And I really it just really hurts because when it first came out, I thought, well, this is a great idea. It would be wonderful to have something. And in today's society, maybe they have moved past these old programs, but it just shows you it's the same old story. So that's very disappointing.
Speaker 4: Stabled Song and Dance, Captain Stable Song and Dance, just and that's you know.
Speaker 1: Uh.
Speaker 4: Jacques Valas is someone who I find very very interesting myself because he talks about his you know, his theory about how it's the name has just simply been changed throughout the ages, right from fairy to God to you know, UFO, and in.
Speaker 1: Union does that as well. Whitley points that out. He'll read an account from someone who has an experience with a little bang with giant eyes, and they said it was a fairy who came down from the trees. And then you read another account it's from this a spaceman that came down from the sky. It's all people using their lens. I mean, this goes on throughout written history. You know. In Islamic traditions, there's this the gin they call it, that they have experiences with these other beings. So you know, and then and then there are a lot of people that believe this does tie into the afterlife.
Speaker 1: There's this whole thing. Whitley's one of them that believes somehow, you know, our soul or the afterlife somehow ties to this phenomenon. And this may be another reason if the government does in fact know these things, that maybe it's not coming out because it's way more involved, right people think it is. It's not this simple nuts and bolts spacecraft flying across the galaxy to get here. It could be far more complicated and far more scary, and far more involved, and therefore it's more so in their best interest not to ever release this.
Speaker 1: It's it's tough because we'll never know.
Speaker 4: You know, do you give any credence to stories like the halom and Air Force landing and Air Force base landing, and you know, Eisenhower potentially even beating.
Speaker 1: I have fun with all of these. I have fun with you know, Nixon took took Jackie Gleason to go see an alien body.
Speaker 4: You know, I mean, yes, yep, yep.
Speaker 1: Story so bizarre like that, it's got to be true, you know, I don't know. Obviously, these things are unknowable. That's that's the big challenge here. All of this is unknowable, and it is fascinating to think about, and there is a lot of smoke around these things. This goes back to the you don't drive down the four or five with forty cops behind you because there's a lot of smoke here.
Speaker 4: Man.
Speaker 1: Uh, there is a lot of things that point that those documents and those stories are real. Yes, but it does certainly feel that way. And and one person of everything we're talking about is real, then there you go. And we always say this too, you need one case. You know, you've got a million people claiming to have had this experience. Well, if one of them is real, and it just does not compute for me to believe that that many. Sure, some people want to hoax. Sure there's misinformation, there's misidentification, there's intentional disinformation.
Speaker 1: I believe all of that. If one of these cats is being serious, that's we have a real phenomenon here.
Speaker 4: So and and that and and and that's another thing. You know, we we we know now obviously from psychologists and YadA YadA, that witness testimony can.
Speaker 1: Offer YadA YadA.
Speaker 4: Well from you know, psychologists and people the quote unquote experts in the human mind, but they will not talk about consciousness at all. But they're the experts in the human mind and psychology. That's why I say, YadA YadA, because I really do.
Speaker 1: That's weird because they don't want to be wrong and it's and to me, that's just so weird. I wish we would just drop all our egos in this. It's like this is bigger than us.
Speaker 4: Everyone needs to go on like an ayahuasca journey and just.
Speaker 1: Get yes, get humble, and let's get real and let's find out what's really happening. My whole thing, the whole thing for me, this whole deal is I really want to know before I die some of these answers. And it's really fun to me. As we get a little bit closer, we get another little piece and even something as simple as synchronicities can be so profound in life that that's what it's all about. I think that's part of the human experience that we should all be aspiring to.
Speaker 4: Life is about what is life if not experience just just compendium and compile compilation of experience, and you know, it's it's it's amazing, Like I said that in the beginning of this conversation, the fact that we're even able to have this conversation to ponder these thoughts, it's a miracle in itself. And when you start really thinking about the miracle of life and the conditions and you know, everything that had to go right for you to even be here, let alone the human race, let alone, you know.
Speaker 1: Right, that's incredible. This this this formula that created life on earth is just there's so many of these things that on their own are these fascinating things. You know, you said that thing about life is made up of experiences. There was a guy that wrote a book and he interviewed people, and I think they had to be ninety. They had to be at least ninety for him to interview them. And he interviewed them, and all of them said that, yes, the whole point of life is to have these great experiences, and then when you're older, you can you know, recall those experiences and still enjoy them, which I think is right.
Speaker 4: I don't know if this ever happens to you, but
Speaker 4: I have these like certain memories that when I think about them, I can almost immerse myself in the moment and it's almost like this personal Like we talk about time travel, right, but I feel like I can somewhat time travel to these certain moments where I get it's almost like I'm there again, and they give you these over like when a song comes over you and it reminds you of something and it brings you back to that moment for a minute, like is that not time travel? And it's like, is that your not your consciousness?
Speaker 1: Certainly the perception of it. Absolutely. And you know, you hear this from older people that a song takes them back to when they were fifteen and they met that girl or whatever, and that's awesome. And a lot of people have these experiences and music is one of the crews for people. I agree.
Speaker 4: And what's the word right for music? Muse it comes from the ether, right, You know, the.
Speaker 1: Stories of people who have had a profound event like a car accident, where time slows down and they can see that whole thing in It was two seconds, but it plays out like in an hour because it's so slowed down and you see the thing float by. You know.
Speaker 4: I had a movie. I had an idea for a movie that I wanted to write. This was actually one of my first scripts that I wanted to write. Was you know they say time, you know, slows down right before you're about to die. Well, I wanted the movie, the entire movie would just be what this person sees flash before their eyes, and obviously you'd grow attached to the person throughout the film because like you'd see there, you wouldn't just see their best moments, You'd see their weakest moments, their most vulnerable moments, all the things that made impacts and from their first kiss to their first time get stealing or doing something wrong, going.
Speaker 1: Great idea for a film. Actually, I love that.
Speaker 4: Right, And then at the end, at the end, it just speeds up and the guy dies, right, and that's the end. But near death experiences is also something that people come back and report, like I watched I turned around and my body was right there and I was in this ethereal place. What does that sound like to you?
Speaker 1: I think it's fascinating. There's also these things of often associated with near death is the out of body experience. And you hear these accounts where somebody floaded above their body on the operating table and then they saw something that was on top of the shelf that you couldn't see unless you were, you know, thirty feet in the air above and how else does that happen? I think these are all incredible accounts, and they all right, they're all a piece of this Jean puzzle, or.
Speaker 4: There was that one in Leslie Keane's surviving death where uh the lady saw the saw the doctor like put his leg up on the on the operating table to leverage himself a little bit. And then she she comes too, and she's recovering the recovery room and she asked the doctor like, hey, why did you you know do that? And he was like, what the how would you know? How would you you were you were unconscious at that time, how would you know that? So those moments are are my girlfriend? Is that? She?
Speaker 2: She?
Speaker 4: I always say claims because I was not there, but she says that she had a near death experience. I believe her, And I mean, again, you you kind of said it earlier. It's like for those people to disclosure doesn't matter. It's they know somethings. They know something that others don't. They know something that others don't. And you know, I think, I think what you're doing as a person in this community, you know, uh, maybe you're you're maybe your destiny was to assemble the the most profound individuals who are taking the most leaps, taking the most most risk, and you're bringing them under one roof to talk to people and network with them on a very personal one on not not one on one basis, but a very very engaging intensive workshops plat, you know, lectures, all these things.
Speaker 4: So maybe that's just your that's your destiny.
Speaker 1: Maybe it's just I'm very very lucky and blessed that I have this and and these team that's around us. I mean, we we just it just feels preordained. And I'm not somebody that that feels that way about things typically in life. So I find it remarkable how all of this sort of came together and how it is playing out, and and we don't again, we don't want to be heavy handed in it. We just kind of want to be there and nudge it along and let it kind of happen on its own, and contacts become very important for a lot of people, and us included.
Speaker 1: We think of ourselves as attendees as much as anybody else. I mean, we want to bring these guys together and learn everything we can. I just want to get to the answers are closer. It feels great to learn these things or these new stories. Even these stories are fascinating and fun. It's way more interesting to me than the day to day mundane stuff. I don't care what Colling for right now. I do care that somebody had this crazy experience or you know, you ever hear that the third Man syndrome where the guy was walking down the stairs in in the trade center when it's collapsing, Yeah, he felt an arm grab him and pull him and there was nobody there.
Speaker 1: That to me, Wow, there's a life experience. You're gonna forget that now. He's gonna remember that forever.
Speaker 4: Yeah, and that's going to be the story he tells every single time at the bar, every single time, to every single part unless at least that's how it is now. But you know, a big problem I think is like the people back in the Okay, I sound like a weirdo right now, but you know, after World War One, after World War two, like the world was a very raw place and people were very patriotic, and you know, back then it was a different time. Like men, you know, they weren't supposed to show vulnerability or weakness or talk about things that they didn't understand, you know, and there was this like environment that was fostered.
Speaker 4: I'm not saying it was wrong, it was just a different time, and I think now the world's so connect did and how far we've come. I think the dynamics are changing where people are. If they're having experiences, they're more likely to tell them now than they were sixty seventy years ago.
Speaker 1: One hundred percent. And no doubt about it that people that are younger, there's just this instilled thing forget about an extraordinary experience like a UFO siting or contact, the experience just your life. If you're twenty, you put your whole life on Facebook or social media. Now anyway, where older people kept everything private and it was just sort of the way it was. It's a different world than a different time. You know, in nineteen forty seven, everybody trusted everything the government said.
Speaker 1: Yeah, that was sort of the way of the world. They just didn't really anything they hear from the government. And that's just the way the world is now. So these things evolve and these things change, and you know, good, bad, or indifferent, that is what's happening. And I do find it probably or the better in this sense that people are open about talking about their personal absolutely sharing. You know, it's interesting.
Speaker 4: Let me, uh, let me ask you a couple these are gonna be a little bit more lighthearted questions as we round out. I don't want to take up too much more of your time. You. This has been so fun just having conversation with you.
Speaker 1: Man.
Speaker 4: This is.
Speaker 1: And put the feet.
Speaker 4: When when the conference happens, we will have to we'll have to sit down again and and do something, you know, as a group, even if you know, I know you're gonna be busy, and that kind of leads me into this this question is is it hot? It's got to be a little bit of do you feel a little pressure, like is it is it a very Do you feel that pressure? Is there a pressure that's put on you? Do you think that you know, I'm overwhelmed with work.
Speaker 1: I mean we're very, very busy, but I don't I don't feel pressure. I mean I feel like, you know what. I always tell there's like three or four of us that work on this every day, all day, every day, and I always tell them, you know, don't worry about this outside nonsense that's happening. I never look at social I never look at review and never look at any of any of it. Put your head down, do this with genuine integrity, do the best you can be genuine in it and let everything else fall into place, and that so far has worked for us, so I don't want us to deviate from that.
Speaker 1: And I don't think having an ego in this or having any sort of over controlling. You know, if a speaker decides they can't make it, they can't make it, that's fine. Look at someone else, it's fine. We just want this to be do the right thing for the right reasons. This is a very genuine group, you know, and we all feel that way, and we just want to do this with integrity and hopefully people continue to get as much out of it as we have. And others have claimed to have had the reviews we get, which are just so heartfelt and great.
Speaker 1: They're like, oh my god, this changed my life. I had so much fun and I learned this and now I have an interest in this, and now I have an interest in that, and now I told my mom this story and she ended up having this experience and all of that is just great. And that's what it's all about, man, That's what that's that's what it's all about. Man.
Speaker 4: You you you hit the you hit it on the head. There if if a UFO landed at contact in the desert twenty twenty five.
Speaker 1: We're planning on that, by the way, but no promises. I can't guarantee it.
Speaker 4: But if it did, if a UFO landed at contact in the desert or event horizon through what May ninth, thirtieth, first or second, if a UFO landed, who would you want to be the representative speaking for humanity? Because you have all the most amazing people here, is uh? Him a round of applause.
Speaker 1: I show all the time. And beyond contact on coast to coast, we we we talk about this all the time. Danny Shehan is in my view, one of the very most important people in our community and is doing the most and probably knows as much as anybody.
Speaker 4: And is uh, I'm so glad you said that.
Speaker 1: I think he's come up with a list of things. Somebody asked him recently. Uh you see what suggest for to ask uh first contact? And he has his list ready to go. So that's the guy. I wouldn't know what to say, you know. I'd be like, uh, no, you're so, You're right. I'll try to make some stupid joke, is probably what I would do.
Speaker 4: But I so I actually when I when I was writing this question, I wrote my own and I picked Danny she so it knows. It's good to know that we think alike, you know, I I I that makes me. That makes me smile because I was like, it's gotta be Dan, because I mean, he's been saying listen, guys, I think what you want about Daniel Shean that because he, you know, represents this guy or is represented this person. Danny has been telling you the JFK story for the last ten years. He's been telling you exactly what happened, exactly how it happened, exactly how he knows.
Speaker 4: And now it's coming out that it's exactly what he said.
Speaker 1: And he dropped the name of that at contact in the desert last year for the first time ever. Yeah, it is one of these contact things.
Speaker 4: So there it is right. These moments happened, and they wouldn't happen otherwise. And that's why I think these big you know, these big personalities that you're bringing there. Guys like George Knapp, you know, George, George and Jeremy are always you know, post posting evidence that they that they verify, So you don't know, like the attendees don't know like what Jeremy and George might bring right of.
Speaker 1: You never know. And then never they'll share things again that that you know aren't necessarily on their show or recorded or whatever. They'll just say exactly or maybe a little more speculative, and like, you know, we don't know what it is, but we lean this way. And George is an awesome guy, and he's very important in the community, going back to the Bible as our days, and uh, you know, he has high journalistic standards, as it seems Ross Colhart does as well. And you know, you got to admire those guys.
Speaker 4: Yeah, I so agree, I so agree. You have to admire them. And honestly, you know, people, if three of these people were headlining a conference, it would sell out and and people would be, you know, flocking and talking about it. You got you have over sixty of the heaviest hitters there are. So it's just gonna be day after day after day of amazing personal experiences. How do you make sure that it doesn't that people don't take like videos and stuff of it and put it online.
Speaker 1: Well, you know, we do have a professional company that does record videos for people who can't attend and then they sell that as yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, which is great and we we like that because we want people to have ye to see it. If they can't h yeah, well no, we discouraged that, and we we will stop people from recording the speakers don't want that. Yeah, we don't want to you know, dishonor them. There are a few things we don't record that people have asked us not to, and there are other things that they let us, which is most of it.
Speaker 4: And that's for anyone out there. Like that's why guys like me and Patrick and all them from vetted you know, well we're there for that reason. We're going to be talking to these people in the media room, so like you know, we'll get those questions answered and asked, and you know, you guys will get the information if it drops there. So you know, no need to ruin the you know, the experience by by doing anything like that. So these are just legit. I love questions like this. So you have you have about what's today April April fifth.
Speaker 1: You're going to freak me out right now, what we're what six seven weeks?
Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah, April fifth. So you have you know a little over forty five fifty fifty days.
Speaker 1: We have what eighty days worth of work to do.
Speaker 4: So I'm so sorry. If you need any help on me, I'll tell you if you need any help, man, I would love to I'd love to get involved, you know a little bit. But I I am. I I'm so thankful that I got the pleasure to sit down with you before the conference. I really can't wait. You're doing tremendous things. Uh, you've been featured on Coast to Coast or you've had your show on Coast to Coast, You've you've you're assembling all these people. Man. Uh, you're doing so much for the community. I just want to say from the bottom of my heart, you know, thank you.
Speaker 4: I know people don't like to be thanked and and and I just.
Speaker 1: Say, you know, real do this on on our calls. I just mute them usually if I'm there, listen. I appreciate it. I'm glad, you know work again. It's a whole team, and we all are genuine and what we're doing and we're really trying to do this for the right reason in the right way, and we're really trying.
Speaker 4: That's that's all and that and that's that's all. People want. That's really all people want because you know, for this my my my show, you know, I get to I'm making you know, this is a bit thing for me and my show and and uh to be there and to be able to do to see behind the scenes, and and to be allowed to talk to the speakers, and so it's it's a very I mean, it's life changing for me. You know this, this is there's so much networking to be had. So you're giving you not just a platform for people to engage with this content, but you're also giving people different kinds of chances.
Speaker 4: So that's why I mean, I'm like, I'm so thankful to you. Uh.
Speaker 1: And and they name this thing correctly contact because that's what it is. It's all about contact with these worlds an experts. It's contact with other people in the community that that that share our interest in these topics and and and it's finding out what's happening in the world in different areas from telepathy to all the things we've discussed today. You know, it's it's interesting, it's it's a rare oportunity where you get to have that sort of contact take place. So they definitely named it correctly.
Speaker 1: And it's yeah, facilitator.
Speaker 4: For these so how can people stay in touch with what you're doing, you know, just in general.
Speaker 1: And then dude, everything's a contact inthedesert dot com. We have our our Beyond Contact podcast is on Contact in the Desert dot com. As well as we have a blog. I wrote a synchronicity blog. Check that out. Our last blog is me writing about synchronicity. You'll love it. Check it out.
Speaker 4: I will. I'm going to read that right after this we start.
Speaker 1: We started that so we kind of have some interactive stuff on there. We have a little commercial for our show on there, all our speakers, everything's on there. It's a great place to go. It's a good resource for these kind of things.
Speaker 4: Absolutely, absolutely, so yeah, everyone go to w w W dot Contact in the Desert dot com. Uh, tell them Tyler and Tyler Total Disclosure sent you, uh and Captain Ron sent you. Obviously you know that it makes sense. This year's theme is event Horizon, and I think that is fitting for the precipice that we seem to be on. Whether it's absolutely we're on so many fronts. It feels like we're just about to you know, we're we're just about to cross the river on so many things, and you know, people are called people might call it the singularity, or.
Speaker 1: We're on the precipice of that disclosure. All of these things. Event Horizon felt.
Speaker 4: Right, it felt it's it's almost perfect. And obviously you know that these pyramid discoveries like these are coming at a really good time for contact. So many amazing speakers are going to be there. I cannot wait. Get if you are able to get out to Palm Springs and you want to get engaged with this uh community, if you've if you've been before and you're thinking about going, Uh, this year is going to be amazing, So get your tickets now while you can.
Speaker 2: Uh.
Speaker 4: It's going to be a once in a lifetime UH conference. Uh. You know, each year's absolutely separate and different from the next. So it's a it's a personal thing each year. Uh. And and Ron, we just want to say thank you absolutely brother.
Speaker 1: It genuinely feels that way to us. Each year feels like it has its sort of its own feel to it. It's a weird thing, but true. And a lot of people sharing that, a lot of speakers and us remember that year we had this kind of felt this way this year kind of felt this way. There's just like this over energy that fits. It's great. Yeah, we hope everyone comes out. It's it's it's just so much fun overall. That's that's the main walk away.
Speaker 4: And it's in the beautiful Indian wells Esmarelda Spa Resort and Spa be absolutely gorgeous, you know, the mountains around doing Palm Springs. And this isn't just a UFO conference, but you can you know, this is a vacation for some people and and this is you know, they they they work their year and take their their week vacation to come out to this thing.
