The whole street just has creepy stories and haunt yeah, like just haunted legends. And so one night, around nine point thirty ten o'clock, it was dark out, and I wanted to bring my brother, my younger brother, down this road to jokingly scare him. And so we came down the road and the road's very old because it's been around forever and it's very.

1:50 Speaker 4: I'm in the passenger seat, and your yes yes, And you guys decide that you're.

1:55 Speaker 1: Gonna jokingly scarem. Yeah.

1:58 Speaker 5: Now, before this, did you believe in any of the stories?

2:04 Speaker 2: I personally didn't, only because before this, at the time, I didn't see anything for myself.

We were like, oh, this is where you kind of check in with the ghosts and stuff, and just total jokes because this was obviously before everything happened. And we were driving down the road and we stopped in front of the white shed because we were like, well, this is the shed that everything happened, and we were just primarily just stopping there just to see the shed. We had no idea what this house like. We thought it was just a normal house at this point.

3:25 Speaker 2: And so there's a car coming. Because these roads are tiny, you can only fit one car at a time. And so I said, so there was a car coming, and like pulled up a little bit and he back so he could get to the side, and then he backed up so his our car was kind of in this house's driveway, and so he started backing up and I said, hold on, there's a man behind us.

3:55 Speaker 6: So I said, well, he's going to have to move because you know, we have to back up and let the car our past. Yeah, And then after I let that car pass, I get back onto the road, and then I wanted to take a look because I haven't seen it yet. So I looked out my back passenger side back window, and I can see him clear as day, but I can't see any features, just just an outline.

4:20 Speaker 2: And just his clones. He was wearing like a colonial suit. He had like a straw top hat, and you couldn't see his face, just like a shadow. But yeah, you could see his clothing and like his figure just clear, Like that's really all you could see.

4:37 Speaker 6: It was definitely there, but it was just darkness.

4:43 Speaker 5: So what's going through your mind as you're seeing it, because there's always a commotion about this other cars.

5:36 Speaker 6: Like he had maybe jeans on by the outline, maybe jeans on or like a different material, but it's definitely pants with boots.

5:54 Speaker 5: And at that point, what happens I'm assuming your.

6:09 Speaker 2: I was terrified? I was like, what the hell is happening? I you know one of those things where it's just like it's happened so fast. You're like you can't even like grab the moment because you're just like, what is going on? I don't The feeling is hard to explain, but if if something like this has happened to you with them, I guess you know, or something that makes you feel like that, you just know the feeling.

6:37 Speaker 6: Yeah, so I haven't seen it the only The first time I saw it was when I was coming out of that driveway and I turned to take a look to see why he was there or why he didn't let me back into his driveway. And for me, it wasn't a quick experience. We were sitting there for I don't know, two minutes.

7:00 Speaker 2: Had like like we like we were just he was just like staring at us, like, didn't say anything, didn't say stop truspassing, no trust passing, get out of my lawn or get out of my yard, didn't say anything, just stared at us like and we couldn't see his face, so maybe he wasn't staring at us with his eyes, but he was just like like staring, and you could felt you could feel that somebody was staring at us. And I feel like it just happened so fast for me because I guess I was terrified.

7:32 Speaker 1: Yeah, he was more interesting.

7:35 Speaker 6: So I kind of thought it was more like a When I saw the outline, it looked like a those things in the grass, a scarecrow. But I thought it was maybe that's a statue or a scarecrow and then it moved, so I was kind of looking at it, and it didn't move for two minutes, didn't move at all. I put it in in drive. We go maybe five or ten feet forward, and then we looked back. This is after the two minutes.

8:07 Speaker 2: When I said, Kevin, there's a man behind you, you did say, no, that's.

8:11 Speaker 2: I did, Yeah, I said, he did say that, and I said, no, it's not it's.

8:15 Speaker 6: A man because it was so perfectly still. It didn't move, no shaking, nothing like, just still. So then I put it in drive, go maybe five ten feet forward, and then I looked back again, and it looks like he's almost walking away or turning around. So I put it back in my birth. I'm still a little interested and confused, so I definitely want to check it out a little longer because I've never experienced anything like this. I wouldn't say I was scared. I was really interested and confused that, like the scariness wasn't there for me.

9:01 Speaker 6: So then yeah, I put in reverse. I backed up, and then I look up and he is walking back towards us. But he comes back with something else like.

9:16 Speaker 6: Daffel bag or something or something along the lines of a bag. He was definitely holding something, but he was moving.

9:23 Speaker 2: He was walking in such he was. He walked the same way as he stood. He went back to the same spot that he had just left, like, didn't go two feet more. He went to exactly where.

9:37 Speaker 6: He was, the exact yeah, the exact same spot from when he was standing. Then he went to the garage, and then he came back in the exact spot.

9:46 Speaker 3: And again, tell me about his face.

9:49 Speaker 1: It was just like a shadow. You couldn't see anything.

9:53 Speaker 6: It was almost like, I don't want to say a white outline because that's too generic, but it was just a if you took a pitch black back like cloud, yeah, figure or statue and you put it right there. That was it. It was nothing more and nothing less. But there was no features on his face that we could see.

10:13 Speaker 2: Yeah, and so we then he was standing there with the duffel bag. And at this point I was kind of like Kevin didn't want to leave. He wanted to stay and see what was going on. But at this point I was like, I kind of want to get out of here. My brother was kind of very scared. So we drove away and my brother said. My brother was like, I gotta take a picture. Nobody's going to believe this. And I was like, yeah, dude, like take a picture, like nobody is going to believe this. So he stuck his phone at the window and he took a picture while the man is still standing there.

10:50 Speaker 2: Looked at the picture and it was just an orb like it was just like a but there was no like lights around it, like the guy had a few candle lights.

11:04 Speaker 2: I don't think it was because I would have seen it. I would have seen the flash. Yes, I would have seen it flash through the Yes, no.

11:13 Speaker 5: And instead of this shadow figure being in a picture, what was it?

11:21 Speaker 2: It was just an orb And you think I, or if I, if he used a flash, you would have thought we would have seen the man's face, so.

11:31 Speaker 6: Right, And if we used to flash, I feel like they would say something on hey, why are you taking a picture of me?

11:38 Speaker 2: Oh yeah yeah, So then you know, we kind of we were looking at the pictures after and we were like, holy shit, that's just an orb like, I think my brother, like.

11:58 Speaker 2: I think its phone broke because he's fucking on younger and irresponsible, so his phone broke, and but I might I'm gonna try and get.

12:27 Speaker 5: So people are quick to say, Okay, you're drunk, right, you know whatever you're seeing, you know whatever. But there are three people in this car that independently can corroborate.

So we went home and we told our family and this happened what probably two almost two years ago, two years ago this November. And they, my family even said, like till this day, when they asked us to tell them this story, they say, it's always the same everything, all the details are always the same.

You come down here, So I had no thought in my mind thought I was going to actually see something. We're driving with all the windows down, I shut my lights all the way off. I just had those those daytime running lights to make a little more scary. Yeah exactly, And yeah I was. I was shocked because I went here to try and play a joke, but it ended up turning on us and us Yeah, So her little brother was like, why did you bring us here?

14:55 Speaker 6: If you guys knew it was haunted? Had I had to tell him like, hey man, I was I was messing around with, you know, locking the doors, just making little things like that to try and get him to you know, he's a kid, have a little fun. Kids like scary stuff stuff like that.

15:17 Speaker 2: I've came down here all a few times in high school and I I mean my radio would flicker, my lights would flicker, but nothing like this.

15:27 Speaker 5: And that is another phenomena that does happen in this area, is like bed down here.

15:34 Speaker 3: Yeah, I've had that happen to me. Jess was in the car for one of them where the radio just started flickering on and off.

15:45 Speaker 3: Happened to many people. And that's just the beginning.

15:49 Speaker 5: Then there's the apparitions, and you are now the fourth people to say that they saw something on this road that didn't That was.

16:03 Speaker 2: Yeah, the man definitely did not belong here. If he was, what would you like, I don't even want to say a figure. I don't want to say like figure and ghosts isn't the right word for it. It was like a almost like I guess a ghostly figure.

16:24 Speaker 6: I felt more real than just to go yes, yeah.

16:40 Speaker 3: Yes, so yeah, it could have been anything.

16:42 Speaker 5: Yeah, but this road is so much history that the colonial aspect of it, that straw aspect of it, right, that gives me that feeling that is tied to something.

17:05 Speaker 6: I think so definitely out of the ordinary. Never seen anything like it, and I was I never believed in stuff like that, But after that experience, I look at it a lot differently.

17:17 Speaker 5: So you're taught in school, like we had spoken about that the world is very black and white until later and we find out there's a lot more gray. How has this changed your opinion and how has this changed your everyday life just looking at what.

17:37 Speaker 2: I definitely could I definitely see I believed in spirits and ghosts before, but I think that this paranormal activity I definitely seen a lot different. I do think that there is bad spirits in Saint handic experience and demonic things, and I think that this was definitely something and just like the air just didn't really feel like the energy just didn't really feel the energy didn't feel good. It felt like, at least for me, I was like, oh my God, get me out of here. I mean, I wanted to see it, but at the same time, I was like, oh my God, like something's wrong.

So if I was alone, I probably would have stayed there until they either came up to the car or something, because I was really intrigued on what was going on, because I've never seen anything like it. And yeah, I've never really believed in stuff like that too much, you know a little bit. But now after that, I'd say it hasn't really impacted my life, but more like what else is out there? Like I'm not like scared of ghosts or anything or whatever it is, but I'd say I definitely have a more open minded kind of feel to it.

It's all connected the sky about UFOs, what we see in the sky, these things, they all exist in some form that we cannot perceive unless we're put into a situation where we need. Right.
